Below I used GoogleEarth and rotated & tilted the view. The valley just below the cabin-site has a lot of gently rolling land. The hill-top in corner (Coords 46.4435 x -116.6406) is a nice gently rolling area. I provide easements thru the neighboring west properties to use the switchback (as shown) and also for future road-building to the creek. That would access usable land along the creek. Also: all of the land along the north side (left below photo), can be enhanced with a dozer for access along the county road (shown):
